We offer a 14-day return or exchange period for eligible products from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  2. All accessories, manuals, and parts should be included in the return or exchange.
  3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or arrives damaged.

  4. Ship the item back to our designated return address within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.


  1. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received, inspected, and deemed eligible for a refund.
  2. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation of the desired replacement.
  3. If the item is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, we may deduct a restocking fee or refuse the refund or exchange.


  1. We provide a 1-year warranty on components, including wheels, armrests, and mechanisms, from the date of delivery.
  2. If any of these components prove to be defective or malfunction within the warranty period, we will repair or replace them free of charge.
  3. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
  4. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim and provide the necessary details, including the order information and a description of the issue.


The following situations are not covered by our warranty:

  1. Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or modification of the product.
  2. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations.
  3. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
