Warranty
We provide a 1-year warranty on components, including wheels, armrests, and mechanisms, from the date of delivery. If any of these components prove to be defective or malfunction within the warranty period, we will repair or replace them free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim and provide the necessary details, including the order information and a description of the issue.
